Wealth Transfer
Upon the death of the Plan Participant or, in case of joint plan, upon the death of the last Plan Participant the beneficiaries have a choice of:
- Lump sum payout, which value is determined by the date of receipt by the trustee of proof of death.
- Inter-Generational Wealth Transfer: have the existing plan value serve as the initial investment for a new Prospero investment.
